Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, providing you with a transparent and straightforward process. While insurance is not mandatory, we highly recommend it for your peace of mind, as it offers an extra layer of protection. Please note that although we do everything possible to secure your package, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping. If you want to add insurance to your shipping just send us a message at the time of your order. For international shipping, we are not responsible for additional custom fees and delays that your shipment may incur to.

    A: A pre-order is a sale that runs for about 15/30 days. During this time we will collect your order that will be then produced by the factory. The production time vary from a minimum of 4 months to a maximum of 6 months. Then the dolls come back to the studio where we assemble and prepare them for shipping, the dolls are then sent to the final customers.

    A: No refunds, all sales are final.
