I'm glad to share with you the new and up-to-date page of my website, here you can see and check your doll's status.

Status Legend:

• Factory: the factory is working on the production right now, this process usually takes 3 months (in some cases could take up to 4 but I'm working closely with the factory to always give the best estimate)

• Studio: the dolls arrived here at the studio, I'm working on them (if they need faceup or dresses) and I'm preparing the shipping. Depends on the number of dolls I have to work on it could take from a few days to a couple of weeks, I'm totally devoted to my job and I always aim for the satisfaction of my collectors, is a one-man-band here ;)

• In transit: the package left the factory and is in transit to my studio.

• Shipped: the dolls left my studio and are on their way to their new home, depends on the destination it could take from 2-3 days for domestic up to a few weeks for Internationals. You will be able to track your shipping with the tracking number on your order page.
