Pre-order status
Find out at which stage of the production process your doll is currently in, from the factory to shipping. Follow the steps that will bring you the new piece for your collection.
Status Legend:

Factory: the factory is working on the production right now, this process usually takes 3 months (in some cases could take up to 4 but I'm working closely with my suppliers to always give the best estimate)

In transit: the package left the factory and is in transit to my studio.

Studio: the dolls arrived here at the studio, I'm working on them (if they need faceup or dresses) and I'm preparing the shipping. Depends on the number of dolls I have to work on it could take from a few days to a couple of weeks, I'm totally devoted to my job and I always aim for the satisfaction of my collectors, is a one-man-band here ;)

Shipped: the dolls left my studio and are on their way to their new home, depends on the destination it could take from 2-3 days for domestic up to a few weeks for Internationals. You will be able to track your shipping with the tracking number on your order page.
