• A pre-order is a sale that runs for about 15/30 days. During this time we will collect your order that will be then produced by the factory.

• The production time vary from a minimum of 4 months to a maximum of 6 months.

• Then the dolls come back to the studio where we assemble and prepare them for shipping, the dolls are then sent to the final customers.

Porcelain dolls are listed in the Shop as soon as they are available.
